Summary: Increases room revenues by booking in assigned market segments through outside sales solicitations, revenue management, sales trips, social media, and attendance at trade shows. Hilton Experience Preferred. Salary based on level of experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts direct solicitation of new business and lapsed accounts and maintains current client base.
• Works with Corporate staff, Brand Global Sales and Revenue Management teams to integrate brand resources at the property level.
• Uses Revenue Management tools to generate maximum revenue realization from brand contribution, OTA, ecommerce and property sales.
• Maintains contacts and files in DELPHI.
• Prepares contracts and BEO’S for distributions.
• Assists in developing and implementing annual business plan for defined market segments and sales action plans.
• Achieves budgeted room nights, average rate and revenue goals.
• Continually qualifies and re-qualifies new leads and existing accounts.
• Coordinates Digital Advertising and Social Media marketing campaigns.
• Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Develops a strategy and implements a process for capturing customer online reviews, monitors online ratings and responds accordingly.
• Extends hospitality and courtesy to guests and co-workers.
• Serves as Property Manager on Duty as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by proper authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
